Product Description
The updated GFK-160 (5 ml–3500 ml) digital control pump liquid filling machine uses a micro-computer to control the mini-pump's filling time and motor rotation rate, enabling smooth, high-accuracy liquid dispensing. The pump is separated from the motor and made of anti-corrosion imported materials — no mechanical metal parts or internal abrasion.
This machine is compact and portable. The stainless steel casing is durable and easy to clean. The self-prime pump draws liquid from your container and outputs it through the nozzle. Compatible with many clear, thin liquids including water, drinks, and milk.
Suitable liquids: Low-viscosity liquids — water, juice, solutions, etc.
Unsuitable liquids: Very thick liquids (sauce, detergent, etc.) or liquids containing small particles.
Tubes are silicone gel; the pump head is PVC plastic — tolerates mild acid/alkaline solutions. The digital front panel lets you enter parameters via buttons, displayed on the LCD screen. Filling volume is controlled via filling time and speed parameters for maximum flexibility.
Installation Guide
Take the plastic filling nozzle out and install it in the feeding tube (note: the triangle head connects the discharge tube). Take out the filling-head stand and install it on the left of the machine. Place the filling head in the clip and tighten with a socket wrench.
Connect the pedal switch to the machine and place the tube with filter below the liquid level inside the storage tank. The tank position should be lower than the machine. Test the machine after all connections are ready.
Important Notes
All filling machines are tested before shipment — it is normal for the pump and tube to contain water when you receive the unit.
This is an upgraded model; the dimensions are smaller than the previous version. All functions remain the same.
MEMORY CONTROL PANEL
The digital display makes operating parameters easy to set. Its memory function can store seven parameter sets for quick reuse.
CUSTOMIZABLE ANTI-DRIP NOZZLE
The filling nozzle features an anti-drip design. An 8 mm nozzle is supplied as standard, and other nozzle sizes can be customized.
