This ZONESUN custom silicone mold is made from supplied artwork for hot foil stamping and embossing on compatible hard surfaces such as plastic, PVC and wood. It is intended for projects where a resilient mold is more suitable than a metal die.

Send the logo artwork, exact dimensions, target material, surface curvature and machine details for review. Do not operate above 200°C, as excessive temperature can damage the mold. Suitability and stamping quality depend on the material, foil, pressure, dwell time and temperature; testing on the actual workpiece is recommended.
