CONTROL PANEL The digital control panel allows filling time and waiting time to be set easily. An emergency-stop button helps reduce the risk of machine damage. DOUBLE FILLING HEADS The two pneumatic filling heads can be controlled independently. High-power nozzles support faster filling of thicker liquids, while the anti-drip design helps maintain filling accuracy. CAPPING CHUCK Four rubber wheels accommodate various cap shapes, including smoke-oil, beverage-bottle, and spray-bottle caps. When the sensor detects a product, the wheels rotate to tighten the cap. LABELING STRUCTURE Suitable for double-sided labeling on flat containers such as detergent and engine-oil bottles. Once the sensor detects a product, the label is dispensed and applied automatically. CHAIN CONVEYOR The chain conveyor transports heavier products steadily and smoothly. Conveyor speed can be adjusted through the operation panel. ROTARY HANDLES The rotary handles adjust the label position to support accurate product labeling.
