The ZONESUN ZS-MCS4 is designed for dual-color spiral and decorative pattern filling of compatible viscous products. It uses separate material hoppers, piston pumps, and a rotatable bottle holder to produce distinctive two-color spiral or patterned effects at approximately 3–4 molds per minute.
Configuration Notice
Standard machine price: US$17,000. The standard configuration supports one filling application. To use two different filling applications, an additional filling head and matching mold set is required for US$450, making the configured total US$17,450. The molds are application-specific and are not shared between the two filling methods.
