Automatic 8-Head Servo Piston Paste Filling Machine
The ZONESUN ZS-YT8T-8PX is designed for automatic filling of compatible pastes and viscous liquids, with a filling range of 100–1000 mL. Its eight servo-controlled piston filling heads work simultaneously, with an anti-drip design to help reduce dripping after each cycle. Filling speed is approximately 30–70 bottles/min, depending on the product and bottle size.
A 250 L hopper, automatic material feeding pump, touchscreen control panel and drip collection tray support continuous production. The hopper supports heating up to 80°C for compatible materials. Filling nozzle quantity and hopper capacity can be customized according to production requirements.
