The ZS-YTZL500 is a tabletop semi-automatic vacuum filling machine for low-viscosity liquids such as perfume and essential oils. Choose from 1, 2, 4 or 6 filling nozzles for small-batch bottling. Bottles are placed and removed manually, while adjustable nozzle height and a bottle-positioning plate help accommodate different bottle sizes.
Vacuum filling with liquid-level control helps maintain a consistent fill height, and excess liquid returns to the material cylinder. The filled volume depends on the bottle's internal dimensions. The electric eye detects bottles to trigger filling; detection should be checked with your actual bottles.

Before ordering: Select the required voltage and nozzle count. Check your bottle dimensions, liquid characteristics and available air supply against the specifications. OPERATION PANEL

FILLING NOZZLES
Adjust the nozzle height to suit the bottle. Excess liquid above the set fill level returns to the material cylinder. The nozzle assembly includes springs.
MATERIAL CYLINDER
The material cylinder collects excess liquid returned during filling. Liquid-level control helps maintain a consistent fill height.
ELECTRIC EYE
The electric eye detects bottles to trigger filling. Check sensor alignment and detection with your bottle shape, material and color.
