The ZONESUN ZS-AFC9C is a fully automatic perfume filling and capping line designed for high-speed, hygienic, and precise liquid packaging. It integrates bottle infeed, 6-head vacuum filling, pump head placement, screwing, cap placement, crimping, and cartoning into one streamlined system. Featuring a U-shaped conveyor track and vibratory bowl sorting system, it ensures smooth bottle transfer and accurate component positioning. With a production speed of 25–35 bottles per minute, it supports various bottle shapes and cap types, making it ideal for perfumes, essential oils, and cosmetic liquids in scalable production environments.
