The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180X6 integrates powder mixing, material feeding, dosing, vertical bag forming, filling, sealing, and cutting into a continuous packaging process. The line combines a double-ribbon dry powder mixer, vibratory powder feeder, and VFFS packaging machine to reduce manual material transfer between stages.
The ZS-F100 packaging section handles 5–100 mL per bag at a specified speed of 30–50 bags/min. Back seal, three-side seal, and four-side seal configurations can be customized. Suitable applications include compatible matcha, chili, milk, coffee, flour, and seasoning powders.
