CONTROL BUTTONS

The clearly labeled control buttons allow operators to start, stop, and adjust the machine easily. An emergency stop button is included for immediate shutdown when required.

SEALING RULER

The graduated ruler allows operators to quickly adjust the tape height for different carton sizes.

ROTARY HANDLE

The rotary handle allows operators to adjust the tape height according to the carton height.

ADJUSTABLE FEED INLET

The feed inlet width can be adjusted using the rotary handle to accommodate cartons of different sizes.

PUSHING MECHANISM

When a carton activates the microswitch, the red plate pushes it forward into the sealing area. The machine can be integrated with an in-line carton sealer for continuous operation.

STAINLESS STEEL ROLLERS

The stainless steel rollers support smooth and stable carton movement while providing reliable load-bearing performance.

HIGH-QUALITY MOTORS

Four motors provide the power required for stable carton conveying and sealing.

AIR PRESSURE GAUGE

The pressure gauge allows operators to monitor the air pressure in real time. An air compressor is required for operation and is sold separately.
