The ZONESUN ZS-TB103 combines PE bag feeding, fanfold label application, bag opening, heat sealing and discharge conveying for courier and e-commerce parcel packaging. It uses perforated PE roll bags. The operator places each product into the opened bag; the machine then seals the bag and conveys it onward.
Applications and material selection
Suitable for PE roll bags approximately 0.03–0.08 mm thick, with perforated lines and a one-sided opening, and prepared fanfold adhesive shipping labels. Before ordering, provide your bag and label samples, product dimensions and required output for compatibility confirmation.

Operating sequence
Bag feeding → label application → air-blowing bag opening → manual product loading → heat sealing → conveyor discharge.
