The ZONESUN ZS-YG100D automatically sorts vials, feeds aluminum-plastic flip-off caps and crimps them with two working heads. Its vial infeed, vibratory cap feeder and customized star wheel support continuous transfer at up to 40 bottles/min. The machine can operate independently or connect with compatible vial filling and packaging equipment.
