The ZONESUN ZS-GZ200 combines vibratory weighing, roll-film bag forming, filling and three-side heat sealing for small sachet packaging. It is designed for suitable granules, powders and small dry items, including coffee beans, seeds, tea, oatmeal and small hardware parts. Material suitability should be confirmed with a sample test.
Select Your Configuration
Choose a filling range of 2–50 g or 2–100 g, select 110V or 220V, and choose with or without a date coder. A date coder is included only when you select the corresponding option.
Roll-Film Sachet Packaging
The machine forms bags from compatible heat-sealable roll film and then fills and seals them. It does not use pre-made pouches. Confirm the film material, film width, finished bag dimensions and required fill weight before ordering. For powders, suitability depends on the specific material and its feeding characteristics.
