The ZONESUN ZS-AFC20 is a compact automatic machine designed for filling, rubber stoppering and aluminum cap crimping of pharmaceutical vials and other small bottles. It integrates a servo-driven peristaltic pump filling system, stopper placement, cap crimping, a rotary feeding table and a discharge conveyor into one compact unit.
With a recommended filling range of 20–50 ml and a working capacity of 20–30 bottles per minute, the machine is suitable for small-batch and medium-volume vial packaging applications. The filling range and bottle handling components can be customized according to the container, stopper and aluminum cap samples. Actual production speed depends on filling volume, liquid properties and container specifications.
