Each nozzle is driven by a separate pump, allowing different liquids to be filled at the same time. Each nozzle can be controlled independently, and filling speed is adjustable. The electric eye detects passing bottles and sends a signal to the control system for accurate filling without missed containers. The conveyor transfers bottles through the filling process automatically to reduce handling errors. Liquid travels only through the filling tubing rather than the pump body, helping maintain cleanliness. The filling hoses are designed for convenient replacement.
