CONTROL PANEL
The control panel allows filling speed and filling time to be set and includes automatic counting for clear output monitoring.
DUAL FILLING NOZZLES
The two anti-drip nozzles support accurate filling and can be controlled independently. The standard nozzle size is 9 mm, while 6 mm and 3.4 mm options are available for small-volume filling.
ELECTRIC EYE
The electric eye detects bottles and controls filling. Its position and sensitivity can be adjusted as needed.
WATERPROOF CONVEYOR BELT
The upgraded 1,200 mm conveyor transports bottles steadily and has a waterproof design. Its speed can be adjusted using the black control knob.
COLLECTING TRAY
The 200 × 100 mm collecting tray gathers bottles after filling, reducing manual handling.
