The ZONESUN ZS-GP261W is a semi-automatic gear pump filling machine that controls each fill by weight. The operator sets the target weight on the digital control panel, and the machine monitors the container on the weighing platform to stop filling at the set value. It is designed for edible oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil and similar liquids, with a maximum flow rate of 18 L/min and foot-pedal operation.

CONTROL PANEL
Set the target filling weight and select the required operating mode from the digital control panel.
FOOT PEDAL
Use the foot pedal to start filling in manual mode. It can also assist with machine testing and removing air from the hose.
FILLING NOZZLE
The height-adjustable anti-drip nozzle accommodates containers of different heights.
WEIGHING PLATFORM
The weighing platform continuously measures the container during filling. The machine uses this weight feedback to stop filling when the preset target weight is reached.
