The ZS-YTZL500 is a tabletop semi-automatic vacuum filling machine for low-viscosity liquids such as perfume and essential oils. It is available with 1, 2, 4 or 6 filling nozzles to suit different production requirements. Vacuum filling with liquid-level control helps maintain a consistent fill height, while excess liquid returns to the material cylinder. Bottles are placed and removed manually; the electric eye detects each bottle and starts the filling cycle. The adjustable nozzle height and bottle-positioning plate accommodate different bottle sizes and support efficient small-batch production.

OPERATION PANEL
