MAGNETIC PUMP FILLING SYSTEM
The magnetic pump system provides fast, accurate liquid filling. Its corrosion-resistant design supports long-term operation, and each pump can be controlled independently.
FILLING NOZZLES
The anti-drip filling nozzles can be controlled independently. Multi-nozzle configurations can be customized to suit different production requirements.
PHOTOELECTRIC SENSOR
The photoelectric sensor detects each passing bottle and initiates filling accurately, helping prevent missed containers.
ADJUSTABLE CONVEYOR
The conveyor speed can be adjusted during operation, giving the operator better control while supporting fast, stable liquid filling.
PRESSURE GAUGE
The pressure gauge displays air pressure in real time. An external air compressor is required and is sold separately.
