Automatic Volumetric Cup Premade Pouch Filling and Sealing System
The ZONESUN ZS-FM80 combines a Z-type bucket elevator, volumetric cup filler and automatic premade pouch filling and sealing machine. It integrates material feeding, volumetric dosing, pouch feeding, filling, heat sealing and finished pouch discharge for compatible granular and free-flowing solid products.
The measuring cup system supports portions of 50–1500 mL. Packaging speed is 10–80 bags/min, depending on product characteristics, pouch size and operating conditions. Compatible pouch sizes are 140–300 mm long and 80–200 mm wide, including suitable flat bags, stand-up pouches and zipper bags.

Electrical Configuration
The ZS-FM80C packaging machine requires a 380 V, 3-phase, 5-wire supply. The ZS-FM80A elevator uses single-phase 220 V, 50 Hz. The ZS-FM80B cup filler is specified for 220 V / 380 V. Confirm the installation supply arrangements for all three sections before operation.
Applications
Designed for automatic packaging of compatible granular and free-flowing solid products, such as rice and similar grain-type products. Volumetric portioning measures volume rather than weight; suitability depends on particle size, flowability, bulk density and pouch specifications.
