The ZONESUN ZS-TFX5050 automatic carton sealing and 360° orbital wrapping machine combines carton conveying, tape sealing, and orbital tape wrapping in a continuous packaging process. It supports cross or H-shaped sealing at a working speed of 15–20 cartons per minute for end-of-line carton closure and reinforcement.
Dual-side conveyor belts grip and guide the carton, while the orbital system rotates tape around the box. An adjustable pressure plate helps keep cartons stable during wrapping. Touchscreen control, a large-roll tape holder, and lockable swivel casters support operation and machine positioning.
The machine handles cartons from 130 × 80 × 90 mm, with a maximum width of 400 mm and height of 300 mm. The documented maximum carton length is not limited.
