The ZS-XG6100C is a compact automatic screw capping machine designed for tightening screw caps on bottles used in food, cosmetics, personal care and household chemical production. Its four-wheel capping system, adjustable bottle guides and integrated conveyor support stable, continuous operation. CONTROL PANEL
Set the capping force, operating time and cycle interval directly from the control panel. Manual and automatic operating modes are available for setup, testing and continuous production.
FOUR-WHEEL CAPPING SYSTEM
Four rubber wheels provide consistent cap tightening, while the top pressing mechanism helps keep caps stable during operation. The capping assembly is driven by dual motors.
HEIGHT AND POSITION ADJUSTMENT
The capping assembly can be adjusted for bottles measuring 100–230 mm in height. Adjustable guide rails help keep different bottle shapes aligned as they pass through the capping station.
PHOTOELECTRIC SENSOR
The adjustable photoelectric sensor detects incoming bottles and coordinates the capping cycle during continuous operation.
