The ZONESUN ZS-XGPZ1 is a compact semi-automatic pneumatic capping machine for tightening regular round screw caps measuring 15–40 mm in diameter. It is designed for small-batch production, laboratories, and packaging workstations handling bottles approximately 55–160 mm high.
The operator places the bottle and cap manually, positions the bottle under the capping head, and activates the capping cycle with the foot pedal. This machine does not feed bottles or caps automatically.
Air Supply Required
An air compressor is required for operation and must be purchased separately.

PNEUMATIC OPERATION
Connect the machine to a 0.4–0.5 MPa air supply before operation. The required air compressor is sold separately.
ADJUSTABLE TORQUE AND ROTATION DIRECTION
Use the control knobs to adjust the capping torque and rotation direction for the selected screw-cap application.
CAPPING HEAD
The standard configuration is designed for regular 15–40 mm round screw caps. Custom chucks are available for other cap sizes.
ADJUSTABLE BOTTLE FIXTURE
Loosen and reposition the fixture screws to accommodate compatible bottles within the specified height range.
FOOT-PEDAL CONTROL
After manually placing the cap and positioning the bottle under the capping head, press the foot pedal to start the capping cycle.
