The ZONESUN ZS-MS2TCP is an automatic facial mask cutting and packaging machine designed for hydrogel mask production. With a capacity of up to 4000 pcs/h, it integrates gel coating, film unwinding, precision cutting, rapid cooling, and scrap recycling into one streamlined system. It can cut all kinds of films: pearlescent film, non-woven fabric, lace and other films, making it suitable for diverse mask-making materials. Equipped with a PLC touchscreen, gear pump, heated coating module, and customizable roller knife, it ensures stable operation, consistent mask thickness, and flexible mask size options. Ideal for medium to large-scale cosmetic manufacturing lines.
