Application
The ZONESUN ZS-TB150PB applies self-adhesive labels to a single flat surface on bags, boxes, cards, books and bottle lids. Working speed is 20–120 pieces/min, depending on the product and label.
Choose the Normal Label version for non-transparent labels or the Transparent label version for transparent labels. The transparent-label sensor supports both label types. Versions with a coder are also available.

The electric eye detects label positions to help prevent missed labels and reduce label waste.
Label Separating Plate
The label separating plate supports label application to flat products within the specified size range. The brush smooths the applied label to help reduce air bubbles.
High Sensitivity Sensor
The sensor detects products as they pass through the labeling area, supporting accurate label application.
Conveyor Belt
The wide conveyor belt transports products smoothly and steadily through the labeling area.
