This induction sealing machine is designed to efficiently seal various bag materials including aluminum film, plastic, and PE-coated paper. With an intuitive 2-in-1 regulator, it's ideal for high-performance packaging across industries. For thicker bags, slower speed and higher temperature ensure consistent sealing results.
FEATURES
The bottles are transported by air conveyor. It is fast and the shape of the bottles will not be deformed.
It adopts a pneumatic feeding structure, which brings a high filling speed and accuracy.
The capping system applies advanced French technology with magnetic torque type capping heads.

AUTOMATIC DECAPPER
The automatic decapper removes caps from recycled bottles, reducing manual handling and supporting preparation for automatic rinsing.
RINSING SYSTEM
The fully automatic rinsing system is designed for three- and five-gallon bottle packaging lines.
ROTARY BRUSH CLEANING
Rotary brushes clean the bottom, outside, and inside surfaces of each bottle to remove sediment and algae.
CONTROL PANEL
