Semi-Automatic Cup and Tray Sealing Machine
The ZONESUN ZS-FK4C series seals film onto cups, trays and food containers for yogurt, milk tea, soy milk, takeaway meals and snack products. Its PLC control system lets operators set sealing temperature and time, while the automatic film-feed rack supports repeatable semi-automatic production.
- Custom container fit: The aluminum-alloy tray mold can be customized to match different container sizes and shapes.
- Three machine sizes: Choose ZS-FK3530, ZS-FK4035 or ZS-FK5040 according to mold size and required output.
- Printed or transparent film: Select the film configuration that matches your packaging.
- Air supply: An air compressor is required and sold separately.
