The ZONESUN ZS-JTB80 high-speed automatic horizontal tin can labeling machine applies pre-cut wrap-around labels to cylindrical tinplate cans. Cans are conveyed horizontally and rotated during labeling, while adhesive is applied to the can surface and label end for secure attachment.
The documented labeling speed is 80–400 cans per minute, depending on can size. It supports cans with diameters of Φ40–170 mm and heights up to 250 mm, using compatible hot melt or quick-drying adhesive. Servo-controlled label feeding and photoelectric glue detection support continuous operation.
