Automatic Dual-Head Gear Pump Liquid Filling Machine
The ZONESUN ZS-MG260XP is designed for automatic large-volume filling of compatible water-like to medium-viscosity liquids. Two independently controlled gear pump filling heads support filling volumes of 2.5–10 L, with a maximum production capacity of 150 L/min depending on pump flow rate.
The machine combines a 45 L material hopper, automatic liquid feeding, PLC touchscreen control and a chain conveyor. A pneumatic bottle pushing cylinder positions containers in the filling area, while a collection tray catches residual liquid between filling cycles.
