The ZONESUN ZS-XG240 is an automatic vacuum capping machine designed for high-precision vacuum sealing of jars and glass bottles. Using mechanical vacuum extraction and a physical vacuum chamber, it supports both hot and cold filling without steam or condensation contamination. With speeds of 40 bottles/min and adjustable constant-torque capping, it is ideal for food, seasoning, and pharmaceutical products requiring airtight seals and extended shelf life. An optional tracking press capping machine can be purchased separately for enhanced capping flexibility.
