Preset-Quantity Counting and Filling for Solid Products
The ZONESUN ZS-JF8C is a semi-automatic counting and filling machine for compatible candies, gummies, tablets, capsules and other individual solid products. Eight vibratory feeding lanes separate products before photoelectric sensors count them and a single filling outlet dispenses the preset quantity into a container.
The operator positions and replaces containers at the filling outlet. The machine performs feeding, separation, counting and dispensing. Product suitability should be confirmed with samples, especially for sticky gummies or irregular pieces.

Applications
Suitable for counting and dispensing compatible candies, gummies, seeds, beads, small hardware and plastic pieces. The supplied size specification covers tablets and capsules; dimensions and feeding behavior of other products require confirmation. Bottles, bags and other containers must fit the outlet and be securely positioned for filling.
