This state-of-the-art Automatic Cartoner is designed to streamline your packaging process with its horizontal, side load conveyor system. It effortlessly handles the automatic erection of cartons, folding them with precision and offering an optional gluing function for added security. With a remarkable capacity of up to 6000 cartons per hour, our Automatic Cartoner ensures efficient and high-speed packaging for your products.

CARTON FEEDING SYSTEM

The carton feeding system stacks cartons and prepares them for handling to support a consistent packaging process.

AUTOMATIC CARTON LOADING

The automatic loading station places cartons into the packaging process for continuous operation.

MATERIAL-DETECTION SENSOR

A sensor detects carton material and prevents automatic feeding when no carton is present.

CARTON CLOSING SYSTEM

The flap-tucking mechanism or optional gluing system closes cartons securely to help prevent opening during transport.

FAST PRODUCT CHANGEOVER

Adjustment points allow convenient setup and fast product changeovers.

CLAMPING CONVEYOR

The clamping conveyor transfers finished cartons out of the machine.

TOUCHSCREEN HMI

Machine operation and settings are managed through the touchscreen HMI.
