The unwinding section supplies film, foam, fabric, paper, or other compatible roll material to the cutter. The control system sets the required sheet length for repeatable conversion. The cutting mechanism separates the moving web into consistent sheets. Adjustable guides keep the roll material aligned as it moves toward the cutting station. Cut sheets are discharged for collection or the next manufacturing process.
