The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180V18 is a complete automatic filling and packaging line for kaya jam and other viscous food products in glass jars. It connects container rinsing, high-temperature drying, six-head servo piston filling, steam vacuum twist-off capping, and automatic labeling in one continuous production process.
Production Line Functions
- Automatic bottle rinsing: Water and air nozzles enter the containers to improve internal cleaning before filling.
- High-temperature drying: A multi-lane tunnel uses heated air circulation to remove residual moisture.
- Six-head servo piston filling: Designed for viscous products, with a stated filling accuracy of ±1%.
