The ZONESUN ZS-MY150 automatic desktop card feeder separates, counts, and feeds compatible stacked cards, labels, bags, leaflets, and other flat materials one piece at a time. It can operate independently or supply materials to downstream coding, labeling, or packaging equipment.
Adjustable feeding guides and a reverse-friction separation system help reduce double or overlapping feeds. High-friction belts and pressure rollers provide stable material transfer. PLC touchscreen control allows adjustment of feeding speed, delay time, and other parameters, with overlap detection and batch counting.
The documented feeding speed is up to 1000 pieces per minute, depending on card size. Standard power supply is 220V, with other voltages available as a customized configuration.
