The ZONESUN ZS-YT80 is a semi-automatic peristaltic pump liquid filling machine for perfume, essential oils, water, e-liquid, beverages and other compatible low-viscosity liquids. Because the liquid passes only through the replaceable tubing, changeover is convenient and contact with the pump mechanism is avoided. Three maximum flow-rate options are available: 2.4 L/min, 4 L/min and 6 L/min.

Digital Operation Panel
Use the digital panel to set parameters such as filling time. The inching button supports machine testing before filling.
Peristaltic Pump
The liquid flows only through the tube, helping maintain a clean liquid path. The tube can be replaced when changing liquids.
Filling Nozzle
The anti-drip nozzle is designed for compatible low-viscosity liquids. Its height can be adjusted to suit different bottle heights.
Foot Pedal Switch
The machine supports automatic and manual operation. In manual mode, press the foot pedal to start each filling cycle.
