Important Notes for Sending Terminals (Wire Harness Connectors) for Custom/Made Crimping Blades:
1. If you are sending terminals with attached tape (continuous terminals), please cut a row containing 30 connected together. If you are sending pre-cut loose terminals (single terminals), please provide 5 to 10. These are for mold debugging and testing.
2. Please send a short section of the wire you will actually be using (as the blade needs to be precisely designed to match the wire's thickness and sheath thickness). If this terminal will later be inserted into a plastic housing (shell/sheath), please also send the shell to confirm that the crimped terminal can be inserted smoothly.
3. Please attach a standard finished sample that you have already crimped using your existing tools. This will provide the blade maker with a visual reference for quality standards (e.g., crimp height, shape, and burr condition).
