The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180X17 automatic perfume filling, capping and horizontal labeling line combines bottle grouping and uprighting, dual-head peristaltic pump filling, automatic cap placement and capping, bottle transfer, and horizontal labeling in one continuous packaging process.
The ZS-AFC17 filling and capping section is recommended for 15–150 ml filling volumes, with an output of approximately 40 bottles per minute and filling accuracy of ≤±1%. Filling nozzles and capping structures can be customized for compatible bottle openings and cap types.
After capping, bottles transfer to the ZS-TB823 horizontal labeler, which rotates bottles during labeling for consistent application. Its documented bottle range is 10–30 mm in diameter and below 129 mm in height. The complete line configuration should be matched to the selected bottle, cap, label and filling volume.
