The ZONESUN ZS-JF45 is an automatic electronic counting and bottle filling machine for hard capsules, soft gelatin capsules, pills, chewing gum, tablets and other compatible free-flowing solid products. A photoelectric counting system and adjustable multi-stage vibrating platform separate and count products before dispensing the preset quantity into each bottle.

The 16 L hopper tilts up to 90° for convenient material unloading, cleaning and routine maintenance.
The automatic system coordinates bottle positioning with preset counting and dispensing for continuous production.
Photoelectric sensors detect and count tablets or capsules as they pass through the counting channels for controlled preset-quantity filling.
The adjustable multi-stage vibrating platform separates and evenly distributes compatible products to maintain stable feeding toward the counting channels.
