The ZONESUN ZS-CBG600 and ZS-CBG1200 are compact bottle conveyors for small-scale filling workflows in cosmetics, food and daily chemical production. Available in 600 mm and 1200 mm lengths, they feature adjustable conveying speed and can be connected to compatible semi-automatic single-head filling machines with a two-hole foot-pedal interface.

Replacement belt voltage selection: The replacement belt is a non-electrical part. The 110v / 220v choices appear because it shares this product page with powered conveyor configurations; they do not indicate an electrical requirement for the belt.
Filling machine compatibility: The connection is intended for compatible semi-automatic single-head fillers with a two-hole foot-pedal interface. Send us the filling machine model and a photo of its pedal port before ordering so we can confirm compatibility. The filling machines shown in the pairing image are for reference and are not included with the conveyor.

Control Panel
The control panel allows the working time to be set and includes automatic counting. The number of detected bottles is displayed on the panel for clear monitoring.
Photoelectric Bottle Sensor
The sensor detects bottles and controls machine operation. Its position and sensitivity can be adjusted as needed.
Conveyor
The conveyor transports containers steadily, and its speed can be adjusted using the black control knob.
Two-Hole Connector
The connector links the conveyor to a compatible semi-automatic single-head filling machine with a two-hole foot-pedal interface, supporting small-scale automated production.
Collecting Tray
The collecting tray gathers bottles after conveying and measures 200 × 100 mm.
