Description
The ZONESUN ZS-GW260D is an automatic bag-feeding packaging machine equipped with a high-precision 10-head combination weigher. Running at 10-50 bags per minute, it handles 50 g to 5 kg of powders and ultra-fine powder materials such as milk powder, feed, rice flour, sugar, MSG, solid beverages, and glucose. With a horizontal linear layout and Siemens PLC control, it ensures stable operation, accurate weighing, and efficient bag handling across pickup, opening, filling, sealing, and outfeed. It also provides excellent compatibility, adapting to irregular bag shapes and allowing quick format changes without additional accessories.

Bag Arranging & Inserting Unit
Automatically arranges and inserts bags neatly into master bags (200–300 pcs). For special shaped bags such as spout bags, the conveyor assists in smooth handling.
Bag Clamping Device
Clamps the bag from bottom to top inside the bag slot, then transfers it to the coding machine for accurate date printing.
Code Printer
Prints date information using Arabic characters; special characters can be customized as needed.
Bag Opening Device
Uses an air pressure pump to activate suction cups, automatically holding and opening the bag to prepare for filling.
Feeding System
Equipped with three servomotors for automatic bag detection, nobag nofill protection, and precise feeding. Packing accuracy is within ±0.5–2 g.
Sealing Device
Uses sealing rods for heat sealing at 100–190 °C. Special products may require secondary sealing to ensure strong and reliable closure.
10 Head Combination Weigher
Accurately weighs materials with ten independent heads and autocombines optimal weight values for highspeed, precise filling.
Feeding Elevator
Lifts materials steadily to the combination weigher, ensuring continuous, stable feeding and preventing material interruption.
