The ZONESUN ZS-KCS6 automatic pneumatic rotary heat sealing machine is designed for small tea cans, coffee capsules, cups and compatible containers filled with tea, powders or granular products. It combines rotary indexing, automatic pre-cut foil placement, constant-temperature heat sealing and automatic finished-product ejection in a compact workstation.

- Automatic foil lid placement: A vacuum pick-and-place mechanism positions individual pre-cut foil lids over compatible container openings before sealing.
- Constant-temperature heat sealing: Sealing temperature and dwell time can be adjusted for compatible containers and sealing materials.
- Pneumatic sealing mechanism: Pneumatic pressure drives the heated sealing head for stable sealing performance.
- Quick-change rotary molds: Mold sets can be changed for compatible coffee capsules, tea cans and other small containers.
- Automatic product ejection: Finished containers are lifted from the mold and transferred toward the discharge area.
- Compact multi-station layout: Foil placement, heat sealing and ejection are organized around one rotary indexing platform.
Standard Working Process
Manual cup or can loading → Automatic pre-cut foil placement → Automatic heat sealing → Automatic product ejection.
Optional configuration: An automatic cup dropping system can be added according to the application. It is not included in the standard configuration.
