Description
The ZONESUN ZS-PG10 is an automatic assembly machine designed for perfume samples. Equipped with vision positioning, it guides the robotic arm to pick and place box caps into grooves with high precision. A secondary conveyor then inserts sample bottles into the upper slot of the packaging cap, followed by the pressing unit that secures the cap firmly. The system integrates signal linkage with other modules, enabling front‑end robotic cap feeding and back-end laser marking simultaneously. This ensures a continuous automated workflow of cap placing, sample inserting, cap pressing, and laser marking, delivering stable, accurate, and efficient production for perfume sample packaging lines.
