The standard machine uses a 280 mm wide conveyor belt. If you need to widen the conveyor belt to 400 mm, there will be an additional charge ($500 USD).
OPERATION PANEL
The digital panel allows operators to set filling time and waiting time. The filling speed of all 10 heads can be adjusted individually.
PERISTALTIC PUMPS
During filling, the liquid flows only through the tubing rather than the peristaltic pumps, helping keep the liquid clean.
DIVING FILLING HEADS
Driven by a powerful cylinder, the filling heads move down and up during filling to help prevent splashing. The number of heads can be customized.
ELECTRIC EYE
The electric eye detects bottles and controls automatic machine operation. Its sensitivity can be adjusted.
CONVEYOR BELT
The conveyor belt transports bottles steadily. Its width and conveying speed can be adjusted as needed.
