Application
This machine is suitable for shrinking film and packaging products, such as tea box, fruit, beer bottles, etc. It's made in desktop design and can work automatically, which is an ideal choice for indivisual workshop.
MESH BELT SHRINK TUNNEL
The galvanized or stainless-steel mesh belt features a compact structure and reliable performance. It resists heat and corrosion, and its high strength and high-temperature resistance support long-term operation. It is suitable for products with minimal bottom contact, such as tableware, recessed rims, or irregular shapes.
CHAIN CONVEYOR SHRINK TUNNEL
The chain-driven system uses spring steel rods with good heat resistance and strength. The rods prevent heat deformation or warping, and special-treatment fixtures securely hold products while allowing adjustable gaps. It is suitable for large products with a larger base contact area.
TEFLON MESH BELT SHRINK TUNNEL
The high-performance fiberglass mesh belt with premium PTFE (Teflon) emulsion provides high strength, industrial-grade composite construction, and resistance to heat. Its smooth surface accommodates ultra-small products and helps prevent shrink-film burning or surface marking.
- Features: Constructed with galvanized or stainless steel mesh. Metal belts conduct heat rapidly, creating higher base temperatures.
- Limitations: Thin shrink film is prone to marking/embossing when flat products with large bottom contact areas are placed directly on the belt. Not recommended for pristine aesthetics.
- Best Suited For: Ideal for items with minimal bottom contact, such as tableware (recessed rims) or irregular shapes without quality loss.
- Features: Uses a chain-driven system with spring steel rods. Rods are sleeved with heat-resistant silicone tubing for premium thermal insulation, preventing film melting or warping.
- Specifications: Features a tight 2cm chain pitch.
- Best Suited For: Cylindrical or round products nest securely in the gaps and roll smoothly during transit, maximizing the shrink effect. Perfect for products with larger base contact surfaces.
- Material & Tech: Engineered from high-performance fiberglass mesh infused with premium PTFE (Teflon) emulsion. A highly versatile, industrial-grade composite material.
- Benefits: Perfectly accommodates ultra-small products and effectively prevents film burning or surface marking.
TEMPERATURE AND SPEED CONTROL
The current and set temperatures are displayed clearly. Conveyor speed can be adjusted according to the product and heating-tunnel size to support packaging quality.
AIR CIRCULATION FAN
The electric fan circulates air to distribute heat evenly and support packaging quality.
HIGH-TEMPERATURE DUST-PROOF CLOTH
The high-temperature dust-proof cloth helps prevent burning, supports safe operation, and promotes even hot-air circulation for improved wrapping.
METAL MESH CONVEYOR
The metal mesh conveyor heats quickly and is suitable for irregular products or products with a small bottom contact area. Other conveyor types, such as chain conveyors, can be customized.
