The control panel provides settings for the electric and pneumatic filling cycle. The piston stroke can be adjusted to set the required filling quantity. The hopper supplies creams, gels, and other compatible viscous liquids to the piston cylinder. The stand-mounted nozzle position can be adjusted to suit different container heights. The pneumatic cylinder drives the piston to dispense a repeatable volume during each cycle. The foot pedal starts filling while leaving both hands free to position the container.
