Description
The ZONESUN ZS-AFK400 is a semi-automatic vacuum aluminum can sealing machine designed for vacuuming, nitrogen flushing, and double-seam sealing of round cans. Running at 4–6 cans/min, it completes vacuuming, nitrogen filling, and sealing within a single chamber to achieve <3% residual oxygen. Supporting both Vacuum-Only and Vacuum + Nitrogen modes, it adapts to different preservation needs. With its 440C steel sealing system, industrial vacuum pump, and multi-language control center, the machine ensures airtight seams, durability, and reliable low-oxygen packaging for aluminum, tin, PET, and paper cans across food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and specialty industries.
Note: External nitrogen source required.
The machine does not generate nitrogen. Please provide your own nitrogen cylinder or generator for the nitrogen-filling mode.
