The ZONESUN ZS-AFS07R integrates automatic cup feeding, servo gear-pump filling, film placement and detection, heat sealing, and finished-product discharge in one rotary system. It is designed for yogurt, sauces, juice, dips, dairy products, cosmetic creams, and similar liquids or pastes packed in preformed cups.

Important Ordering Notes
Cup size and sealing film must be confirmed before production. Cup holders and sealing molds are customized to the supplied samples or drawings. An external compressed-air source capable of 0.8 MPa is required. Filling speed and accuracy depend on product viscosity, fill volume, and operating conditions. Heating/mixing hopper configurations are optional—contact us before ordering if required.
