The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180V16 is a complete automatic liquid filling line that integrates bottle unscrambling, gear pump tracking filling, cap dropping, capping, and checkweighing with auto-rejection into one continuous system. Combining five dedicated machines, it delivers smooth bottle handling, precise filling, reliable capping, and accurate weight inspection — ideal for sauces, syrups, oils, cosmetics, liquid detergents, and other liquid products.

Applications

Unscrambling Disc: Arranges randomly oriented bottles into an orderly sequence and separates them one by one for downstream processing.
Bottle Inverting: Automatically turns bottles to the required orientation and positions them upright for smooth transfer to the next processing station.
Tracking Filling: Anti-drip filling nozzles move in sync with bottles on the conveyor belt, allowing filling while the bottles are moving.
Cap Dropping Mechanism: Guides and places caps accurately onto bottle openings, ensuring stable cap feeding and precise positioning for the subsequent capping process.
Capping System: Provides a capacity of 3,000–5,000 bottles per hour. The number of capping heads can be customized to production requirements.
