Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FM75L is a semi-automatic auger powder filling machine engineered for precision dosing of powders and powder-granular. Its high-precision servo motor drives a unique bottom-up filling process: the bag is lifted to the auger, which fills from the bottom, while the servo-controlled platform lowers the bag at a speed precisely synchronized with the material flow. This coordinated motion minimizes powder dispersion and effectively suppresses dust generation. With a filling range from 1g to 50kg and ±1% accuracy, a large 50–75L hopper, intuitive PLC touchscreen control, and automatic bag clamping, the machine ensures efficient, clean, and low-effort packaging across food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and daily goods applications.
