The ZONESUN ZS-FS60A Automatic Aluminum & Plastic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine automatically completes tube feeding, registration-mark orientation, piston filling, sealing, optional date/batch coding and discharge. Designed for creams, ointments, gels, pastes and adhesives, it runs at 30–60 tubes/min with a “no tube, no fill” function.
Two Tube-Material Configurations
- Aluminum Tube: mechanical multi-fold sealing.
- Plastic Tube: hot-air heat sealing.
